What the mailman brought....

Yesterday I received these magical potion bottles from Glenda. Thanks Glenda for your very generous gift. The bottles are going to be in my wierd curiousity/dining-room with Henry-the-hat-skull... I think one of the bottles contains a bit of air from a distant magical world, the others has mysterious ingredients unknown to me....

Thanks again Glenda...The mailman will soon bring you some small items in return...

  2. The bottles are wonderful! As is the whole setting - I especially love the skull with the hat, he's so cute :) Can I ask, where have you found those silver handles for the drawer? Or have you painted them? As all the handles I've seen are brass and I want some silver ones.

  6. Thanks everyone! Glenda...The drinkinghorn is a must have in a pagan household ;0)

Merry Jingle... I´ve just painted the handles with silver paint. 3 times and then added a shade of black with a dry brush.

  7. Hi Annie. Your collection of strange objects is very curious: do not know why, it makes me think of Sherlock Holmes, whom I love very much.
Glenda's potions hide precious definitely alchemical secrets that are revealed in time ...

  8. Thanks, that's what I was afraid of - I don't understand why there's hardly no handles and other hardware awailable in silver.
So, some painting to do :)

  15. Everything goes together so beautifully on that sideboard! I bet the house is just crammed with detail -- it would be such fun to just sit and stare at it and try to find all the special things :)
