Time capsule...

In my search for inspiration pictures for The French Mouse Mansion, I fell across this wonderful picture. The picture hides a story so amazingly that I need to share it with you. The story about an abandoned apartment i Paris, left for 70 years before reentered...

  4. Annie, when I first looked at the photo, I thought it was a miniature vignette you had done because I know you could do something like this. I will read the story as soon as I have a minute. Thanks so much for the link.

  5. Imagine that, an ostrich in her living room! I love the painting and the dressing table and the whole look of the apartment. I'm sure I've seen the pink lady painting in miniature somewhere.

Thanks for the link, it might help to highlight it in a different colour, it was hard to find...

  6. What a lovely piece of furniture and a fascinating story too!

Funnily enough, I though the pic was one of your little mini scenes as well! It's very much your style.

  9. Wow!!

An amazing story, I would love to know why someone would just leave a place like that untouched for so long. I'm sure there is quite a tale to be told in that one.
